Konami has officially announced a remake of the beloved Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and the surprise is, it will not be limited to the Sony Playstation gaming console. The remake, titled Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, is currently in development and is set to be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This was revealed during the Playstation Showcase 2023.

The original Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2.
