Back to the controversy on Baofeng Radios in the U.S. and the Airsoft Headquarters talks about this for more clarity... "Talon goes over some super depressing information from the US Federal Communications Commission. As of September 28th, 2019 US distributors can no longer sell and/or advertise Baofeng or Similar operating radios. Report and Order 95 also goes over how individuals cannot operate without proper licensing. What this means for airsoft is that players will need to be much more careful if they plan to run baofengs and theyll have to accept the risks if they are caught.

Really the entire video is intended to be informational for new players or anyone that hasnt heard the news. The Airsoft Headquarters will continue to sell Baofeng radio accessories but come the 28th, radios are off the shelves.
