CTM has revealed the Hi-Capa version of the Reaper Kit, a pistol carbine conversion developed in response to requests from the shooting community. The Hi-Capa platform is frequently used by owners and is a common choice in airsoft activities, including SpeedQB and SpeedSoft. This platform is also favored by some shooters in IDPA and IPSC. Many players expressed a need for a functional way to mount a stock onto their Hi-Capa pistols to enhance stability. CTM recognized this as a product need and proceeded with the design and manufacturing of the kit to provide this mounting solution.

The development of the Reaper Kit involved addressing the difficulty of creating a new product where no similar commercial items existed, meaning the project started without existing data or manufacturing benchmarks. The process began with 3D design sketches and moved through multiple cycles of 3D printing and testing to identify and resolve performance issues. When the design met structural requirements, CTM began the process of CNC machining the body from a solid block of aluminum. This 5-axis precision CNC machining process required detailed planning to ensure smooth production and structural design integrity. After five months of focused development and testing, the product was finalized.

The Reaper is a pistol carbine kit constructed from 6061 aluminum using 5-axis precision machining. The kit includes an ambidextrous QD sling mount, a backstrap body, an RMR mount, a Picatinny Riser for the RMR mount, and a 2mm Picatinny Rail Adapter. The RMR mount features two footprints to accommodate red dot sights. The kit is compatible with TM and various aftermarket lower frames, and the rear Picatinny section accepts CTM TwinFold Stock or other aftermarket stocks. The Reaper kit is available in six colors: Black, Silver, Gold, Red, Purple, and Blue. It is priced at NTD $3,280.
