The bigges independent player in the action camera market, GoPro, has filed to offer shares to the public, hoping to raise US$100 Million in its Initial Public Offering (IPO). With the money raised, the company hopes to pay of its loans and invest or acquire other busineses. No details yet as to when the IPO will take place and if the initial target amount would be adjusted to reflect business requirements and status.
