Word is going around tech circles and mobile gadget websites that HTC will be releasing their own action camera. The photos found by some enterprising individuals show a snorkel like camera, called the HTC REcamera which pretty much makes it easier to mount and adjust. HTC, more known for mobile devices, do have a good camera in their mobile phones, especially the HTC One M8 which is their best smartphone offering to date. Just getting the digital camera system into a standalone action camera won't be a problem.

As for us, bring it on HTC, the more choices for us airsoft players, even better... price wise and quality wise. We'll know more on the 8th of October when HTC makes its worldwide press event.
