If there is something we want to see at the big airsoft manufacturers’ facilities, it is along the lines of the soon to be opened Experience Center of SIG Sauer. The firearms manufacturer, which is winning contracts from the U.S. Military such as the MHS program and now being a finalist in the Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW) program, has broken ground for the building of this new facility in Epping, New Hampshire with no-less than Governor Chris Sununu attending the ceremony that took place last May 7.
The Experience Center, which is located off Route 27 in Epping, will cost the company US$13.5 million. It will consist of retail and office spa, indoor training rooms and firing ranges. Plus, it will also where the SIG Sauer museum will be built. The retail facility will be much bigger at 5,000 square feet as compared to the present retail space which is 2,000 square feet. It will also have a 100-seat conference room.

For those who have been to the SIG Sauer Academy in Epping, the Experience Center will be the first edifice that will be greeting visitors, whether they will be there to visit the museum, purchase products from the company, and undergo firearms training. The SIG Sauer Academy itself is a 140-acre facility that features state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor ranges, tactical training areas, urban environments, multiple shoot houses, a maritime training area, and a force-on-force village area.
