"Resident Evil: Death Island" is the fourth animated film in the Resident Evil franchise, inspired by the popular survival horror video game series. The film follows the adventures of Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Rebecca Chambers, Claire Redfield, and Leon S. Kennedy as they face a new bioterrorist threat on Alcatraz Island.

Meanwhile, Claire Redfield also arrives on Alcatraz Island to look for her brother Chris, who she has not heard from in a while. She soon finds herself caught up in the conflict between Jill, Chris, and the criminals. Claire must use all her skills and courage to survive and help her brother.

Coincidentally, Leon S. Kennedy goes to Alcatraz Island to investigate the disappearance of a scientist who was working on a vaccine for the virus. He quickly realizes that the scientist is being held captive by the criminals and joins Jill, Chris, and Claire in their fight to stop them. The five heroes must work together to stop the criminals and prevent them from releasing the bioweapon.

They face many challenges such as mutated sea creatures, a mysterious organization that wants to control the virus, and a dark secret that connects them all.
