Tomio of SHOEI sends us an update on their SHOEI MG42 AEG model as it was on display at the recently held 72nd Tokyo Victory Show where visitors get to handle it... "Dear Friends! Classic Army update their M4 Line-Up and coming back with the Colt Trademark perhaps with a new licensing agreement with Cybergun. What is shown in the video is the Classic Army Colt M4 Carbine, 2014 Spartan Version which Alex show a standard configuration 2014 M4 AEG where he shows that this is a rear-wired AEG with a Crane Stock. Also, the version 2 gearbox gets an update such as 9mm bearings and steel selector plate... "Alex of Spartan Imports provides a quick look at the new 2014 Pro-Line M4 by Classic Army.

Now available at ATACKA is another Russian-made AEG, the NPOAEG 9A-91 AEG is an airsoft version of the carbine assault rifle that is used by Russian police organisations including the Federal Security Service. It's a very young design as it was designed in 1991 and then produced since 1994. No pricing indicated yet and interested parties can contact ATACKA at their Facebook Page since their website seems not to be functioning.

Bob shows us the AEG version of the WE MK16 SCAR-L whereas previously the only SCAR-L from WE Airsoft is the gas blowback one... "WE is most known for their gas pistols, yet have come out with a great full metal AEG for players looking to upgrade their arsenal. There are a couple great features that WE decided to put on their gun, the most impressive being the spring decompression system.

The King Arms VSS Vintorez Real Wood Version AEG is now in stock at eHobby Asia... Another MG42 AEG unit will be released by SHOEI next month. They call this the Shoei MG42 AEG Shake Device Model which is basically an AEG unit that provides some blowback/feedback mechanism through the vibration of the AEG engine. However, this unit does not seem to fire any BB according to the description in the video.

More on the development of the different models of the SHOEI MG42 as their latest effort is focused more on developing a high cycle AEG model of the MG42 support weapon that will allow for more rounds fired per second as shown in the video below which should be good at providing suppressing fire during airsoft games... Angus reports on his findings on the Apex M4 RIS AEG after using it in a skirmish in this Deathcore Airsoft video... "Just a brief video explaining what I liked and didn't like about the APEX M4 RIS AEG after I used it in an actual airsoft skirmish. Overall, everything was great except for a motor that got quite hot, a loose magazine well, and a loosely attached stock. Otherwise, it was great; I would certainly recommend it."
