Airsoft players in the U.S. are advised to be on the lookout for items being sold at too good to be true prices as two airsoft sellers have experienced break-ins this week. Airsoft Master in Buena Park and Airsoft Extreme in Sacramento, both in California, posted photos about the details of the crime where various airsoft guns and accessories were taken.

If you get information about the items and those behind the crime, please advise the retailers or police authorities.

14-Year Old w/ Airsoft Gun Killed By Police

A 14-year old boy suspected to be burglarizing a vehicle in Tempe, Arizona was shot and killed by the police. The police were pursuing the boy who turned around with a gun prompting the pursuers to fire hitting him. They tried to administer CPR to no avail. The pistol he was carrying is a 1911-style airsoft gun.

Man Shoots GRPD Officers With Airsoft Gun

A man crashed his moped after chased by police when he fired his airsoft gun at them. The suspect, who is in the hospital is said to be attempting a "suicide by cop". The police did not return fire. This event took place at Grand Rapids, Michigan last 22 April and reporte by WoodTV.

Another break-in at an airsoft store in California happened. Freedom Airsoft in Murrieta posted on Facebook images of the suspect who entered the store premises at around 0100H last 22 June 2017... "Okay Airsofters, sadly at around 1:00AM this morning Freedom airsoft was broken into. Freedom Airsoft is offering up a $100.00 reward to anyone who can ID them."

Break In At Black Ops Paintball Myrtle Beach

Black Ops Paintball Myrtle Beach, which also caters to airsoft players, and located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, posted this CCTV footage of a recent break in of their brick and mortar shop. Airsoft players in the area know the drill, report anything that they know about this such as postings on forums or classifieds on items that may have been taken from the shop and being sold at too good to be true items.

Thieves Break Into GI Tactical Store

Phoenix Police Shot With Airsoft Gun

The worst way to have the Police not be on your side in supporting that airsoft guns should not be banned is to shoot them with airsoft guns. Last March 16, Phoenix, Arizona police stopped a a speeding car that is involved in the investigation of police being shot by an airsoft gun. Juveniles found in the car were detained for curfew violations though it is not confirmed if they are also connected to the airsoft shooting incident.

Police Shoot Dead Man w/ Airsoft Gun In Cheviot

Police in Cincinnati shot dead a man after he reached for what looked like a gun from his waist in the adjacent city of Cheviot last 17 February 2016. Before that, the man crashed his truck to a pole, stumbled out and appearing to be intoxicated and dropped a gun. He picked up the gun and began walking down the road, waving the gun in the air. Later on, upon closer inspection, the weapon retrieved was an airsoft pistol.
