It has a custom gearbox with full blowback function, moving bolt, and charging handle. It weighs 3.45kg and its initial muzzle velocity of 340-360fps on .2g BBS. The included magazine has a capacity of 470 rounds.
This new AEG from Golden Eagle that is now in stock at RSOV.com eerily looks the same as the Echo1 USA Modular Tactical Carbine (MTC) AEG. The front area up to the receiver look exactly the same as the MTC but at the rear area, that's where the similarities end. The Golden Eagle version uses an HK416 buttstock whilst the MTC uses a Crane Stock.
