Tomio sent us a video link on the latest for the SHOEI MG42 Air Blowback Model. Checking it out, it's done by the usual suspect French period airsoft gun reviewer, Neo035 who in this video, is not wearing any uniform (surprise!). But the real good thing is that he gives a full demo on the takedown and showing us the assembly of this model.

This video gives us a better look of the externals as well as the mechanical parts in action showing the care taken to have a reliable working MG42 AEG. It looks like there is some recoil action when being fired and the performance and quality looks good.
Another video sent in by SHOEI regarding their SHOEI MG42 AEG Version (there are two more versions of this which is the air blowback and the non-working model) which they test fired the airsoft gun at 8 metres to test the inner barrel.
