The deluxe tactical ring has a clamping diameter of 19.6mm to 20.2mm and is compatible to UTG SCP-LS269 and LT-ELS216 flashlight and laser modules. Then the riser mounts depending on the profile, whether a high or a low profile riser mounts and a general riser mount for rifles with Picatinny/Weaver rails. Reasonably priced, given Leaper's nice pricing of their products.
