It has a multi hit Armour Piercing capability when used with level IIIA soft armour. It weighs 2.7Kg. This is the last say in Ballistic Plates and as such is used by the world finest SF Units. It has been listed as a level IV Plate however it has a very high ballistic level well in excess of Level IV.
