We have been looking forward to see for our own eyes the GHK G5 GBB and Milspec Solutions didn'd disappoint. They have one on display during the Airsoft Arms Fair 7 and we went over how it looks. First impressions: good build though sometimes you can mistake it as toyish, but the gas blowback is very good on both single shot and full auto mode when we took it to the range.

"Umarex and their HK licence just exude quality all the way through so I was a little surprised that the supplied hi-cap wind-up magazine supplied rather let it down. The tabs on the bottom of the mag needed closing over more to help make it easier to wind it up – details you expect to be right when you pay more than £400 for an AEG. Other AEG’s have come with HK branded magazines – why not this?

Neat iOS app that you can have fun with when firing your airsoft gun. Available right now at the Apple Appstore, the ShotSynth by LOLSystems makes you listen to pre-recorded gunfire sound with your Apple mobile device when firing your AEG or GBB. It doesn't really do anything to improve your airsoft shooting skills, but would surely give you some "feel" of how gunfire sounds like when shooting your airsoft gun.

"Now I found the way the belt was constructed did help with the comfort in wear and unlike my original BDU belt didn’t cut into my sides due to stiffness of the material.
