The Gear Locker talks about the accessory that he says all KSK reenactors need, the Clutch Precision G36Ka4 Top Rail... "Today, we are upgrading one very important piece of the Airsoft Ka4 replica to be as realistic as possible. This, is the top rail from Clutch Precision.

This episode features The Gear Locker channel reviewing various airsoft impression kits submitted by viewers. He evaluates each kit for its accuracy to a specific military or historical impression. For the first time, this episode declares two winners: Fabian's 2017 generic KSK kit and Namoft Hawaii's MACV SOG kit.

In episode 8 of his "Roast Your Kit" series, The Gear Locker reviews and critiques a diverse range of user-submitted airsoft and real-world military kits, offering commentary on their authenticity, functionality, and overall appearance, assigning each a rating out of five "fruit cakes," and culminating in the announcement of his favorite kit from the episode, also providing instructions on how viewers can submit their own kits for future reviews.

The Gear Locker conducted a review of Matrix QPQ Vietnam 20-round (80 BBs capacity) and Colt-marked 30-round (150 BBs capacity), evaluating their suitability for historical military simulation. The review encompassed capacity testing of both magazine types, examination of the QPQ finish on the 20-round magazines, a comparison of the magazines to stock and G&P magazines, and overall assessments of each model.

The Gear Locker's "Roast Your Kit" episode explores both retro and modern milsim impressions, showcasing a diverse range of loadouts.  The pre-2000 era features kits such as a Rhodesian Stular, a 1970s USMC Minuteman, a Pacific Theater Army Tagfraz9, an East German Ethan, a Desert Storm Bradley, and a Russian Chechen War Ales.  Modern kits include a Turkish Army MPT, a Russian Stormtrooper Jager, an ATF Tachanka, a GWOT DELTA dweelevrai, a German Police kueken, and an EGB Ansgar.

The Gear Locker checks some copies of Crye and LBT Multicam products made by Shekkin Gears... "I don't usually buy reproduction nylon when I can avoid it, but this wasn't too bad! I am pleasantly surprised but definitely still have some questions. Let me know what you think! Is this stuff good quality? Or did I buy run of the mill TMC/Emerson level stuff?"

The Gear Locker's Roast Your Kit Episode 5 features a variety of kits submitted by viewers, including Soviet Afghan, Desert Storm, Vietnam RTO, 1960's PAVN, 1980's Delta Force, XOF Metal Gear, South Korean, KSM Steinmarder_Surplus, KSK, and 54_Skp_Kueken. The winner of the episode is Felix with his Fernspaher 2000's kit.

Featuring Stripes Airsoft, The Gear Locker shows the MACV SOG Chopped RPD Loadout and Equipment... "Here is an awesome loadout from my good friend who you all know, Stripes Airsoft! He has been known for making the big guns, but also stellar kits. He's traveled far to show us his 1970s MACV SOG impression, modeled after those who used the chopped RPDs. A video in his specific gun will come out later, don't worry!"

The Gear Locker got some custom China Lake Grenade Shotgun, M79 Thumper and M2 Mortar that can be used for some Vietnam War-themed airsoft event...
