We get to see the APS UAR AEG again. Available for a decade now, this is one of the unique designs from APS, sporting a bullpup configuration and a more futuristic look. It was used as gun prop in one of the best sci-fi series, The Expanse. This has ambidextrous operations and a quick spring change feature. SFA got to review... Trifecta Airsoft reviews this AEG which is an original design of APS and one of the first AEGs in the long line of in-house designs by the Hong Kong based airsoft manufacturer.

AP10 MP5 Mag Bracket for APS UAR

Airsoft 3D announced a new product designed to make the Angel Custom AP10 MP5 Mag Adapter to be used for the APS UAR AEG as it uses M4 mags too... "Evike's Angel Custom AP10 is a well known magazine converter that lets you use MP5 magazines on M4/M16 and other airsoft electronic guns (AEG) that have the standard STANAG mag well. That means the APS Urban Assault Rifle (UAR) should be able to use this MP5 conversion as well. Unfortunately, APS UAR's mag well is too shallow to keep the MP5 magazine in place when the Angel Custom AP10 adapter is in place.

"The new V.2 UAR now features rear wiring to store a much larger battery in the stock and a thicker and larger removable butt plate to extend the battery storage compartment allowing use of a wider range of batteries.

RSOV.com APS Water Transfer Series

RSOV.com, one of the reliable suppliers of airsoft guns and gear based in Hong Kong announced that they will be having in stock the complete series of airsoft guns from APS that have been given the Kryptek, A-TACS and Multicam Water Transfer Treatment. The patterns used are fully licensed and used on the APS UAR and ACP series. As to date of availability at the RSOV.com online store, there are no details yet.

Overall, the gun's externals disappointed me, seeing as how I found them to be very cheap. Internally, the guns easy disassembly and quick change spring system are awesome; the hop up is poor though.
