The Two Stages of the Awards Process

The entire Awards process unfolds in two distinct, yet equally important, stages. The first is the Nomination Period, which kicks off on 10 November and runs until 8 December 2025. During this phase, you are invited to nominate your preferred candidates in any or all of the designated categories. Remember, to be eligible, all nominees must meet the specific criteria outlined for their respective category.

Once the dust settles on the nominations, the process moves to its exciting next step. The top five (or fewer) nominees in each category—as determined by the sheer volume of nominations received from players like you—will successfully progress to the subsequent and final stage: the Voting Period. This competitive shortlisting ensures that only the most highly-regarded candidates move forward to the grand finale.

The Voting Period marks the final and most intense phase of the Awards, commencing on 15 December 2025, and concluding on 12 January 2026. This is where the ultimate winners will be decided! Finalists will be actively campaigning for votes across all media platforms, including websites, forums, vlogs, and social media. You will then cast your final vote for the one true winner in each category.

The finalists who manage to garner the highest number of votes in their respective categories will be celebrated and bestowed with the coveted awards. This two-step process ensures that the winners are truly the Players' Choice.
