I think this is one of the videos made by Adam Savage showing him so happy with his latest contraption. In fact he is laughing maniacally testing his Head-Mounted Dart Blaster. It sure looks like that it is fun to use shooting while grinning from ear to ear with such a contraption.

The “Mythbusters” star is known for making awesome NERF mods such as a blaster that can pump out a thousand foam balls as shown at his “Tested” YouTube Channel which is probably the most watched video of a modded Blaster. Will this latest mod beat the views of the previous one?

Anyway, this latest mood makes use of the of the D-Dart Pro Blaster, a wrist mountable blaster than can be loaded up to 27 darts and fired in full auto. You can just imagine yourself like The Mandalorian with his Whistling Bird mounted on his Vambrace. Adam’s imagination is just fascinating, designing a head mounted Dart Blaster that uses two D-Dart Blaster and that means 54 darts ready to be fired away.

Calling it the “Headcannon” (we would prefer it to be a “Head Mini Gun”), the blaster is active when the the orange warning light starts flashing and Adam pops off the safety cover of the control switch. For aiming, he mounted a targeting scope with a green laser.

Can this be done with airsoft? We’re not as imaginative as Adam Savage as the nearest AEG that can be used will be a mini-gun but that’s too large and too heavy. Just imagine balancing two on your head. Even the Classic Army M133 Mini Vulcan Airsoft may just break your neck.

Nevertheless, it should be fun playing with the thought of being able to have an airsoft version of his mod. Just think of it playing an airsoft Juggernaut but instead of carrying a mini gun, you have two micro guns with rotating barrels mounted on your head. Will you agree it looks cool?
