The Popular Airsoft crew is off to the MCM Comic Con London today as they try to find out if more airsofters are mixing up with other cosplayers since they have a lot of things in common. On to John Wick.  Don’t worry, there will be no spoilers here as “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” is still going strong at the box office, and for now, the highest grossing amongst the John Wick movies. As many would agree, it is totally a hard-hitting, over the top action movie that made us love the series since it was first released in 2014.

A John Wick 4 was announced as well and it’s going to another two year wait as it will be released in May 2021. A TV series is in the works and that means the John Wick universe is expanding.

Now, many of you have been interested in how Keanu Reeves developed those gun shooting skills for the movie, which is another round of Gun Fu but is more grounded as compared to previous Gun Fu movies such as Equilibrium. In this case, Keanu Reeves does have shooting skills that he can have a go a 3-Gun nation matches, courtesy of Taran Tactical which is now a well-recognized name amongst airsofters who are fans of the John Wick series.

The Firearm Blog (TFB), which we are fans of, has covered Taran Tactical as well as discussed the various guns used by John Wick. Taran Butler is now the go to trainer for celebrities who want better shooting skills for use in real life as well as in their film projects and in the case of Keanu Reeves and John Wick, they got the videos that you can watch. In “How To Shoot like John Wick”,  the TFB crew led by James Reeves (no idea if he is related to Keanu)  go over the pistols and carbines and how John Wick shoots them.

While he does train celebrities, Taran Tactical does not any classes or firearms training or its range open to the public. That’s a bummer for those who want to take classes from Taran Butler, like us who probably won’t be able to set foot at his range and we’ll just be content watching his videos.
