Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is about to drop tomorrow, the 25th of October and when it gets released, players will get the chance to win An Adidas x Pusha T 'Kingslayer' Sneakers. Only 300 pairs of the sneakers will be won by lucky gamers and they need to achieve officer rank to have a shot at these sneakers.

The Adidas Ozweegos which were first released in 1996 are back in style now following in the footsteps (no pun intended) of classic Adidas shoes that are much in vogue these days. American rapper, songwriter and record executive Pusha T are fond of these sneakers and have collaborated with the shoe brand to release pairs before such as the Pusha T EQT x Cushion 2 and the “Nose Candy Mandy” Ozweego.

The Rapper is a gamer himself mentioning in the promo video that "gaming has been a part of the studio culture" for him when he works on an album, and he finds the details in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to be amazing.  The sneakers will not make it to retail and are just made especially for the game.

To achieve Officer Rank, players will have to reach level 56 and register by the 1st of November after the game gets released. As for the term “Kingslayer”, it is the medal earned by the player who kills the top scoring player on the opposite team.  So to have a chance to win the sneakers, players will need to work hard immediately tomorrow and achieve the level by 1 November.

In a blog post at Activision, they describe the details of the Adidas x Pusha T 'Kingslayer' Ozweegos:

The Ozweegos are an athletic shoe that blends the Modern Warfare brand with a fresh Adidas style. At the back of the shoe, a cord with the words “Going Dark” encircles the heel for a snug feel, fit for an Operator. Plus, the Modern Warfare logo “MW” rests on both side of the “Going Dark” cord, giving a whole new meaning to “shoe game”.

The sides of the shoe display a skull and snake insignia, so these kicks look fierce if you hit the streets or add them to a collection. Additionally, the blue sole of the shoe looks like familiar terrain. Literally, the sole is a topography map similar to the starting menu screen of Modern Warfare.

So when the game drops tomorrow, it’s time to go dark and we’ll see you in the multiplayer maps as we work towards Level 56 and get the Kingslayer medals. Hopefully, one of us can be one of the luck 300 players to bag a pair.
