In following the “One Gun: Every Mission” mantra, ZEV Technologies have come up with OZ9 V2 Elite pistol that offers true modularity and full customization with its various slide lengths, barrel options, grip sizes, and additional components. It is compatible with other ZEV components and accepts GLOCK mags.

With its modularity, it offers full customization with three slide lengths, threaded or non-threaded barrels, and two grip sizes. This gives you a total of ten possible configurations to choose from, all from one single platform.

OZ9 V2 Elite slides are a hybrid design that combines upgraded Gen5 internals and Gen5 barrels with a Gen3 recoil system. This change gives the pistol its true modularity by utilizing the compact receiver with the three sizes of slide and barrel combinations. Shooters can configure the pistol as a compact handgun or full-size, or a longer one.

The Steel Receiver, which is patented, extends along the entire pistol, and fully integrates the locking block. This single component reduces vibration and recoil energy by dispersing it through the custom grip along the receiver. The removable grip is attached to the steel receiver with a single take-down pin located at the front of the trigger guard.

The slide has ZEV's patented RMR cut that allows for the installation of red dot sights with an RMR footprint. The RMR posts are built into the slide for a more secure attachment of your optic.

Apart from the compact, full-size, and long editions, there is the OZ9 V2 Elite Hyper-comp. This is a compact pistol that offers the benefits of a compensator without adding any extra length or mass. The Hyper-comp features four tapered vertical ports integrated into the top of the barrel that vent gases upward, reducing muzzle rise and creating one of the flattest shooting compacts available. The full-size X grip provides a more comfortable and secure grip, making the OZ9 V2 Elite Hyper-comp X easier to control and handle than the OZ9 V2 Elite Compact.

Additional grip colours and multiple sized magwells are available to facilitate further customization to best fit the shooter’s requirements.
