Aha! Getting the "Knife Kill" to a whole new experience

Gungho Cowboy

The least attempted hit method in airsoft, but one of the most skillful part of it, which is the "knife kill" rule in which a player is able to tap an opposing player on any part of the body with his hand, dummy/rubber knife (and in some cases toothbrush). Being able to close-in on the OPFOR and do this "hit" takes some stealth and of course fast movement when springing into doing the actual "killing".

We are all used to long to medium range airsoft skirmishes with our airsoft guns, and it takes skill to make a "knife kill". What I have in mind is to bring the experience of doing it to a whole new level --- making the receiver of the "knife kill" feel it. If we abhor being hit with a 6mm bb from an airsoft gun during games, due to the sting/pain that it causes when hit, then if we feel some pain during a "knife kill" would make "knives" used during games be at the same level as airsoft guns.

So here is a suggested one, called the SHOCKNIFE, this is actually a training weapon that was developed to replace rubber or blunt knives to give some sense of pain during knife handling trainings. You can adjust the shock adjustment from Low, Medium to Kill High so you will be able to adjust it according to the pain tolerance of your target. No "stun" mode in this folks.

This is not a toy! In terms of using it everyday to play pranks at home or in your office, and most especially at school! We admonish that this is only used at airsoft skirmish sites that allow such use or if you want to attend knife trainings, then you will be properly kitted out.

If only there is just one setting which is just very much tolerable enough without enducing much pain to the receiver. At least in airsoft, you would be able to shoot at running ninja knifers and they get hit first when they're rushing at you, as compared to the bogus COD MW2 knife kills.

But if airsoft skirmish site owners won't allow you to, or players petition you not to use it, then all you have to do is fallback to your old and reliable rubber duckie...errrrrr.....knife.
