Busy October For ICS As They Open Their New Factory

ICS has been busy lately, though not much has been talked about it as most of it was spent in having their new factory constructed. And just yesterday, they announced that they have finally moved in to their new factory and headquarters. Looking at their photos, it's a big one where they can do all their research and development, production, and sales activities under a single roof in Taichung. Business must be really good for ICS this year.
Taiwanese airsoft manufacturers seem to be lording it over the airsoft industry in recent years as compared to their counterparts in Hong Kong and Japan. What we mean here is that they have been prolific in releasing new products aggressive in marketing overseas, and even introducing innovations in airsoft development.

Apart from their new factory opening, ICS has been very much visible in marketing the company and its products. The month of October must have been a very hectic for the company as they were all over the place such as (click on the links to see more photos):
1. Arms Magazine Survival Game Festival (Japan) which was held last 12-13 October in Desert Union Chiba

2. Operation Bayard (Taiwan). An international airsoft event that was held off the island District of Penghu last 19-20 October. It seems the Fox Airsoft guys were there too!

3. Operation Irene XI (USA). One of the most sought after events in the Operation Lion Claws Military Simulation Series where they were mainly represented by Fox Airsoft.

We'll expect a bit of winding down for airsoft companies for this final quarter of the year with the exception of those companies which made promises of new releases for the Christmas Season. But we'll expect ICS to hit 2014 running as the first quarter will have two of the big events in the airsoft calendar: the SHOT Show 2014 in the USA in January and the IWA & Outdoor Classics 2014 in March.
With the new opening of the factory, we hope it will also usher in another rush of creativity and innovation for ICS. We are looking forward to what new models they will announce and the models that will get an upgrade.
