Airsoft Atlanta sent to us a press release that questions the business situation of Airsoft Innovations given that they are not responding to their follow-up on the deliveries of Airsoft Innovations FLAK-10/5 airsoft shotgun series that have been pre-ordered by the Atlanta, Georgia-based airsoft company. This statement was posted on their Facebook page as well.

We are hoping that Airsoft Innovations clarify or issue a statement on this issue, or best start fulfilling the pre-orders as we asked them for their reaction to this before posting.

Statement below:

WARNING for anyone that pre-ordered the FLAK-10:  It appears Airsoft Innovations is on the verge of going out of business. This is a warning for other dealers and retail customers that if you have pre-paid for the up and coming FLAK-10, you may never see it or get a refund. It's our ethical duty to post this as we found out they don't have any more money to issue refunds, they have zero inventory on the FLAK, and zero inventory on all of their popular airsoft grenades, kits, Mike series, and everything else.  We don't know what the hell is going on with their company, but they out-right LIED to us about our massive pre-order which we 100% pre-paid for on the FLAK series that was supposed to arrive before Christmas.  We're losing a lot of money on this.  We really don't think the production will ever get completed.

You don't use customers as your bank. Carl, Jordan, and Jonathan are all cheats and liars when it comes to business.  They have been taking customers' money as a sort of ponzi scheme to help start the production of their new product.  This was never disclosed to be a kickstarter type project, or so we were told, but they are treating it as such.  They are not replying to concerned customers or dealers on the matter.  They were not upfront with customers as to what they were planning on doing.  At least with Kickstarter there's the sincerity and honesty that goes along with such a project, but not in this case.  They even went to IWA in Germany last week trying to solicit more pre-paid orders for the FLAK fully knowing they were going to use the funds to scramble out of the hole they're in.  That international trip couldn't have been cheap.  

We have screenshots and chat logs to prove everything we are saying.  This is damaging to the airsoft hobby, the community, and the customers and dealers that trusted them. We hereby demand that AI refund everyone that requests it and to stop lying and pretending to think what they're doing is totally acceptable.
