"The first thing anyone will notice about the Echo 1 M240B is the weight, you don't need to shoot it to realize that the mother is heavy... that's why good cardio is important if you expect to wield this thing with any efficiency. Sure, posting up in a static position is fine, but it's guaranteed that you'll be out maneuvered if you don't move. That's why the M240 gunner should always have an A-Gunner, battle buddy, or body shield - whatever you want to call it, have one. I found that with proper communication and maneuvering the M240 plus one or two riflemen could lay devastating firepower against a force three or four times its size. That's not an exaggeration either...

Use the riflemen to maneuver around your base of fire like I explain in "The Airsoft Support Weapon" because the M240's size will slow you down, and you need to keep your opponents on their toes. Your conditioning and speed will go out the window once you get in the deep brush with the Echo 1 M240B. The sheer size of this AEG makes it easy for branches, vines, and limbs to latch on to it. That's why your riflemen should cover your movements because it will take you awhile to untangle things. But don't worry about being forceful with it, the Echo 1 M240B can definitely handle the abuse with its CNC'd body.'
