L'Antre Du Dingo Ares/Begadi Otto Repa S-AEG Shooting Tests

As part of the full review of the Ares/Begadi Otto Repa S-AEG, L'Antre Du Dingo conducts a shooting test to see how it fares. This semi-automatic assault airsoft gun is has CNC parts, featuring a one-piece outer barrel and a continuous 21mm rail for attaching scopes and accessories. It has a functional slide catch, loading lever, and an adjustable HopUp that’s M4/M16 compatible. The rifle includes two holders for QD Sling Swivel on each side, a safety that can be operated on both sides, and a trigger via microswitch with speed trigger function. It also has an integrated Mosfet (EFCS) to prevent gearbox jams, and its electronics and internals are designed for 11.1V LiPo.

The rifle has a newly developed, reinforced gearbox shell with 8mm ball bearings and steel bushings, an easy-to-access spring quick change system, adjustable FlipUp sights, and a piston with 15 steel teeth. It also features an integrated laser unit which can be adjusted vertically and horizontally (disabled for Germany), and allows for battery change with just one geared screw (no tools required). It has ample space inside for various LiPo batteries and a flashhider with 14mm + (pos.) thread.

The Ares EFCS system is an important feature of this SAEG as the trigger mechanism is not triggered with a contact slide but rather by an electronic switch (EFCS), allowing for faster firing in SEMI mode without worrying about gearbox jams.
