OptimusPrime

New CQC training course by FCS at their new Lewisham site after Elektrowerkz closed down for new business purposes... "Hi there, The first CQC Training session of 2009 will be held at our new purpose built facility in Lewisham (aka. The Academy). As usual, the instructors will be supplying pyrotechnics and other training props. The March course will also be open to training candidates who wish to learn at an introductory/intermediate level, though these places will be very limited.

The course itself will be a high-intensity Rapid Intervention course, and will also incorporate advanced-level Close-Quarter-Combatives. The facility has been constructed with tactical training in mind and has been outfitted with classroom and live-exercise areas - and thus serves as a highly diverse platform to deliver content from. In short, candidates will find themselves operating in a significantly flexible and challenging environment, and are advised to arrive in a mentally alert and attentive state if they are to make the most of the event.

What follows is a brief summary of the course:

Date: March 21st-22nd
Time: Arrive 0900h, Leave 1700h
Parking: Yes
Overnight accomodation: No
Cost: £95 (£99 if by Paypal)
