"When you install a new mosfet your motor connectors are brand new and 9/10 will be super stiff, With your AEG fully assembled, motor in the grip , wires laid, you will begin your last step of assembly, which is connecting the motor.

At this step your already tired from the install, probably lost all your patience and now your fussing with your motor connectors. They just will NOT go on no matter what you do and now your snapping connectors. Your wondering what in the world is wrong with your wiring!
