This AEG definitely outdid my expectations thoroughly.  I normally shy away from anything "polymer" but the Lancer G2 felt really nice and I quickly forgot it was a polymer AEG.

I didn't strip down the gearbox but the gun shot extremely consistently and chronoed within the advertised range with .25 Elite Force Bio BBs.

The Lancers price point of sub 200$ from most retailers and MSRP of 199.99$ is actually a great deal when you realize it comes with a 9.6V battery, 1000 BBs, 1 High-Cap magazine,  and a rail mounted Back Up Iron sight (BUIS) as well as a Knights Armament style broom handle front grip.

The broomhandle is a decent copy of the Knights Armament version and the BUIS is very reminiscent of offerings from Magpul.

Overall I am quite impressed with the feel and function."
