Due to all the feedback the representatives have been receiving they have decided to kick the bill to the Judiciary Committee for further review. This means the bill did not pass today however this fight is not over. This means that a little more time has been bought to get together some more information and look at the bill once again."

With this breather, the airsoft community in Massachusetts will be able to put their arguments and proposals to avoid airsoft and related activities from totally banned in the state. They will need to name representatives to attend committee hearings so they can give their inputs. If the airsoft industry wants to help out, then they can right now. So far, nary a peep of opposition has been heard from the industry with the exception of the affected retailers in the state.
