"Serves as dump pouch for various rifle expended magazines or full mags, shotgun shells, pistol magazines, or ammo shells during competition. This also serves a multi-purpose pouch for evidence collection or general storage.  The pouch edges are stiff enough to keep the pouch mouth open so can actually dump or get your stuff quickly. It also has a bungee cord cinch with a cord lock to secure the contents of the pouch by pulling it from the posterior side. A hook and loop closure which maintains the pouch in its folded position that doubles as a lid or can be secured on the upper portion of the pouch so as to give a better access. Grommet located on the bottom allows quick drainage.

The pouch can be attached to either MOLLE or PALS webbing without any additional malice clip, or onto your belt with its incorporated belt loop."
