eHobby Asia posted on Facebook details on the Rare Arms SR-726 Shell Ejecting Gas Blowback Rifle that they have in stock... "Not to be confused with the same named real steel Ruger SR-762, the Rare Arms SR-762 is in fact still the KAC SR-25 E2 carbine in a modernized configuration with the M-pul style stock and URX 3.1 rail installed.

This configuration following the E2 version, comes with with ambidextrous bolt release, selector, and magazine release offer the left-handed user the ergonomic advantages inherent to AR15 based controls, as well as giving right-handed users alternate methods of manipulation to increase efficiency of movement.

Basic field stripping the rifle will expose the massive bolt carrier (with excellent air seal) that definitely needs the C02 to drive the blowback.

That's as far as the familiarity goes to GBBRs. The lower houses Rare Arms proprietary designed trigger & gas system.

Disassembly of the housing is relatively simple, if following instructions provided by Rare Arms.

Reliability at worse is a broken O-ring inside which can be replaced.

Performance wise to the point, the 12g c02 capsule is just enough for fire & eject one magazine stack of bullets.

Further dry firing will show the significant decrease in gas power in several more shots, at which point bolt locking is not possible.

This is just the limitation of the 12g c02 capsule but no doubt direct tapping in of larger c02 canisters similar to HPA will allow the Rare Arms SR-762 to shine."
