Muddy Reviews gives full in-depth review of the training plates from S&S Precision... "Hey everybody welcome to another Muddy Review, in this video we are covering the S&S Precision training plates. These Swimmer cut training plates were purchased from Offbase Supply Co. in Virginia Beach,  VA and are a great addition to an Airsoft Kit. They are on the expensive side and I know there are plenty of cheaper alternatives out there but the S&S plates gave a level of realism is shape and rigidity that most Airsoft foam plates can not match.  You can find these plates at Off Base here.

These are restricted to US addresses only which is a bummer for all of my non US Airsoft viewers. I think my largest complaint is that they only come in the Swimmer cut and not standard SAPI cut as well, and the plates are not sized. they only come in this 12 3/8" high x 10" wide x 3/4" thickness which is around a size Large plate.

it would be better if they made a small / medium / large / and extra-large training plate option to allow fitment to a wider range of plates carriers and for a wider range of body types.

but if you are a larger mamal like I am and normally wear a Large plate carrier these S&S training plates might be right upmyour alley to add that hint of realism for your MILSIM games without wearing your real ballistic plates and adding unnecessary wear and tear on them.
