The High Grid Circle Dot illuminated reticle with the BE3 illumination unit is completely compatible with NVG operation and has a wide range of adjustment. The removable Illumination unit replaces the elevation adjuster cap, and is designed to be easily removed and replaced in the field by the operator.
Instructions for head/helmet mounted NVG operation: Adjust the NVG to focus at the desired distance (infinity recommended). Turn the zoom ring on the PV I to the 1.25X position. Sight through the scope and adjust the scope’s diopter compensation ring until the reticle is in sharp focus. Last, adjust reticle brightness to desired level.
