Another new release from Emerson Tactical, which is the the Tactical Flotation-Style Dump Pouch. It basically copies the external designs of the CPS Tactical Flotation Support System. But when the pull handle is pulled to open up the pouch, this basically deploys a dump pouch for you to place anything you want to bring back to base --- empty magazines, trash, and what have you that can fit in the pouch. The original CPS System deploys a flotation bladder which will support a full-geared up soldier moving through water.
