The Mk 18 Mod. 0 assault carbine is a more compact variant of the Colt M4 in service with the US Navy since the 2000s. Created by the arms companies Colt Defense and Daniel Defense in 1999, there's also an improved version called the Mark Mk 18 Mod. 1. It features a new SCP SOPMOD stock, four RIS 2 rails, and, most importantly, removable folding sights."
