Adzzzys Armoury Upgrading The E&C XM177 AEG

Adzzzys Armoury takes a brand-new E&C XM177 airsoft rifle and strips it down to its bare essentials to give it a comprehensive internal makeover. The process starts with some structural reinforcements, such as radiusing the gearbox to prevent cracks and replacing the standard bearings with solid bushings. Because why have moving parts that can fail when you can have solid metal ones that just sit there and do their job?

The upgrade continues with a set of 16:1 gears and a high-speed brushless motor, which is paired with a new grip to keep things ergonomic. After a bit of shimming and some strategic "short stroking" of the gears, he installs a new piston, a specialized piston head, and a fresh nozzle to ensure the air seal is tighter than a drum. A programmable electronic trigger unit is also added, though the technician has to manually disable the active braking feature to make sure the fancy new motor doesn't accidentally turn itself into a paperweight.

The final touches involve a new inner barrel and a high-performance hop-up bucking to make sure the BBs actually go where they are pointed. After reassembling the rifle, it is taken to a range for testing, where it clocks in at a steady rate of 21 rounds per second. The owner, a local airsoft legend named Steve, takes it for a spin and seems quite pleased with the results, confirming that the rifle is now ready to cause some mild, plastic-based chaos on the battlefield.
