For retailers looking into wholesale orders of the PolarStar HPA Fusion Engine Gearbox, Jag Precision have announced that they accepting orders now... "The PolarStar Fusion Engine Drop-In Gearbox high pressure air (HPA) system is now available for wholesale from Jag Precision. This revolutionary system uses a HPA ( High Pressure Air ) system similar to ones found in paintball guns in airsoft form.

The latest custom conversion to the PolarStar Fusion Engine by Bingo Airsoftworks proves that there are lots of possibilities for this HPA-FCU gearbox technology... "The Dragunov SVD is nearly perfect gun for the Fusion Engine, but there are several variations of the SVD available. There are bolt action spring rifles, and AEG implementations.

That's an airsoft machine gun that I really don't want to be at the receiving end. It is a new PolarStar Airsoft Fusion Engine designed to fit the Echo1 USA M240B and I like the sound of it being fired, the range, and the BBs fly good. The autowinding box is controlled by the FCU and the airline from the HPA tank to the gearbox can be winded through the stock.

I hope they can have something for the M249 para or the KAC LMG.

Another conversion work by Bingo Airsoftworks, with the AGM MP44 AEG being the base gun with which they installed the PolarStar Fusion Engine, making the rifle ready to take in HPA tanks and a good performing airsoft gun which will be a welcome thing for those who prefer using HPA as power source when playing airsoft.

Roy Noji of PolarStar sent in a good number of photos of their upcoming HPA Gearbox replacement system. The photos below show the HPA system that you can install on existing M4 AEGs. The advantage of the HPA system is you can adjust the power depending on game requirements, no need to open the gun and replace the spring. The airsoft gun will be tethered to an external HPA tank, but then you can just have the hose run through your webbing to avoid entanglement.

Roy Noji of PolarStar has given Thumpy the privilege to post more photos of their HPA Gearbox Conversion  prototype for you to checkout. This easily makes your AEG into an HPA-ready airsoft gun which you can adjust power according to the game requirements. What's more, Thumpy says that they're also planning a gas blowback version, which should be a welcome thing to give more realism to your converted HPA airsoft gun.
