After walking in from the parking lot (almost 800 players, lots of cars) and feeling my legs start to burn, the germ of an idea for this blog post took place.

Tim Ellwood of No Airsoft for Old Men Blog has got this announcement to make. If this doesn't excite you, I don't know what else will... "I know, because this will be my 26th time going to the show, your all like, 'Big damn deal, Tim's going to SHOT, like he was gonna miss it if he is not taking a dirt nap yet.' but really, this year will be huge.

Tim Ellwood, of the No Airsoft for Old Men Blog fame, just sent in his latest blog post after being busy with work. This time it's about his custom gun made for him by X-Caliber Tactical which put it together after over two years of work. I guess old men like us can get more patient as we take on years.

Who the old man is? No other than Tim of No Airsoft For Old Men Blog, who admits he is old but not in our book as he can still go airsofting until his knees (or hips) ask him to stop. He posts at his blog his not being impressed on how the airsoft revolver presented in an Evike product video was handled. He surmises that the presenter had too much of TV or movie shows that are not exactly good examples of gun handling.

Tim Ellwood of No Airsoft for Old Men attended the Modern War Gear Solid DVD launch party which was also a mustache party thrown by Beat Down Boogie... "Last Friday night, the MWGS guys put together a great party. For the first time the attendees got to see the series in it's entirety. I was privileged to be invited, and had a great time.
