Not really a custom pistol grip but a real full custom lower frame for the Tokyo Marui Glock 18c Gas Blowback Pistol. The TM G18C GBB Custom Neo Grip is now available at Laylax and can fit regular Glock 18c holsters. It helps give a good grip even for those wearing gloves and the design is unique with combat in mind.
