...and we hope you like the new design. For three years the old site has trudged on and it was trusty and sturdy enough. However, times change and trends in design come and go, so we might as well go with the flow. So here's the new look of the Popular Airsoft website, and we think it won't bore you with the too plain colours that the old website had (**cross fingers**).

We hope you don't mind the bigger images when you open the pages, as we want the details of products, events and people seen better for airsoft players who have faithfully followed our almost daily updates since we started in 2007. They will definitely be some bugs to fix and kinks to iron out this week so please do bear with us a little bit more as the new site will become quirky sometimes. Internet Explorer 6 or 7 users may still see errors with the site (time to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, my dear?).

We would like to thank our readers for their emails and comments; our sponsors for their ad placements; and our supporters for their review items they sent our way. We look forward to your continuing support and as such we have increased the areas where they can place their ads and for us to be able to generate revenues to fund our future plans.

You might have noticed that we have included the maps coming from Airbana and thanks to Gareth for accommodating our requests for us to allow our readers add more information to his maps. Even during his busy schedule, he took time to improve the embed scripts and plans to improve the service further. So please do help out fill up the Airsoft Map network with locations of events, airsoft skirmish sites, and airsoft retailers.
