OptimusPrime

The Season 2012 of the Association of Competitive Airsoft (ACA) is about to open and according to EvikeTV, it is now going national as ACA competitions are also happening in other parts of the USA. For those who have not heard about the ACA, it is an airsoft league, with teams comprised of 5 members of at east 15 years of age, and it's a force on force competition.

For this year, the class system is going to be implemented, which you can read in our Feature story posted last year ("So Got An Airsoft Team That Can Beat Other Teams?"). These classes are mainly roles, which you are either a Captain, Medic, Assault, Scout, Sniper, and Engineer with distinct loadout and capabilities.

The competitions are held at established skirmish sites and the encounters are either CQB or quote, and certain objectives will need to be achieved such as defuse the bomb or gather intel.

If you already got a team or looking for a team to join in this competition, you can go to the ACA website and you can even check the loadout of various players. As for this season's rule changes and what you can expect, this video from Evike.com should get you up to date:
