Eagle6 Airsoft shows upgrades to a Tokyo Marui AK-74 NGRS as commissioned by a customer, aimed at resolving issues like slow trigger response and frequent jams. Key modifications included removing problematic internal mechanical parts, installing a Jefftron Leviathan Version 3 MOSFET system, and integrating a Solink Light 31K brushless motor. The new motor was also re-shimmed, and an additional power spacer was added to boost the gun's shooting power to 266fps on 32g BBs.

They test the enhanced AK-74, clearly showing its improved trigger response and rate of fire. Notably, these performance boosts were achieved while retaining the standard 7.4-volt, 1300 mAh battery, and the gun's bolt stop mechanism remained fully functional.
