Augh! We got hold of the news 5 days into the promotion, which means that prices on everything at Gunfire Poland is now at 11% off as of today. The promo started last 10 December at 15% off and 1% gets taken off as the discount "melts" until it goes to 1% by 24 December. All's not too late as 11% off is still 11% off, if you buy from their online store today. Check the mechanics of this promo below.

TERMS OF THE PROMOTION: 'Discount Meltdown', hereinafter referred to as the promotion, effects from December 10, 2010 to December 24, 2010.

Paragraph One – General terms of the promotion

1. Every customer  placing an order at Gunfire during the promotion will be granted a discount from 15 % to 1 %, depending on the order date and if he or she meets the requirements of the terms and conditions of the promotion.

2. In order to obtain a discount you must place an order during the promotion period. The discount is valid for all of the products listed at the online Gunfire.pl store.

3.  The promotion consists of a discount given on all of the ordered products. The discount is reduced 1 % each day, starting December 10, 2010 and ending December 24, 2010.

3a. Discounts valid during the promotion period:

On December 10, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 15 %
On December 11, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 14 %
On December 12, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 13 %
On December 13, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 12 %
On December 14, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 11 %
On December 15, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 10 %
On December 16, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 9 %
On December 17, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 8 %
On December 18, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 7 %
On December 19, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 6 %
On December 20, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 5 %
On December 21, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 4 %
On December 22, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 3 %
On December 23, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 2 %
On December 24, 2010, the discount on every product in the Gunfire.pl store is 1 %

4. After meeting all of the abovementioned requirements, BOK ( Customer Service ) applies a discount, valid in the given day, on your order and notifies you via e-mail.

5. The discount does not affect the shipping costs.

6. After making the purchase, the Customer should await for the Customer Service to apply the specified discount, or make the payment after lowering the price himself by the right amount. If an incorrect amount is paid, the shop assumes, that the Customer has voluntarily relinquished the discount. In this case, the discount shall not be applied.

Paragraph Two – Case study:

-    The Client places an order at Gunfire.pl on December 15,2010
-    The order value is $1000
-    BOK ( Customer Service ) checks if the requirements were met, subsequently the order value is reduced by 10 % ( - $100)
-    The Client pays $900 for an order worth $1000
-    If the Client had placed the same order on December 10, 2010, he would have been given an 15 % discount ( - $150 )
-    If the Client had  placed the same order on December 10, 2010, he would have been given an 1 % discount ( - $10 )
-    If the Client pay $1000 to the shop's account, it is understood that the customer has decided to voluntarily relinquish the discount.

Paragraph Three – The organizer of the promotion

The organizer of the promotion is GFC Group LTD., headquartered in Wroclaw, ul. B. Krzywoustego 21/1E, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. 

Paragraph Four – The promotion excludes:

a. The Organizer’s employees,
b. Other persons connected directly or indirectly with the preparation and the conduct of the Promotion,
c. The spouses, descendants, parents, siblings of the persons mention in points a. and b.,
d.  individuals and companies cooperating with the GFC Group LTD. Private Limited (Liability) Company ( Wholedealers, suppliers of good , etc ).

Paragraph Five – The Participant of the Promotion:

A person, meeting all of the requirements specified in the aforementioned terms and conditions of the promotion and in which case there are no prerequisites set out in Paragraph Three, becomes the Participant of the Promotion. Failure in complying with any of the points of the abovementioned terms and conditions of the Promotion will disqualify the order from the Promotion.
