A good number of airsoft companies and shops remain open for business as the Covid-19 pandemic rages on. Manufacturers continue production to meet orders and retailers are still taking orders from customers. But some questions from customers is if these companies have put some safeguards in place to protect their employees since just one employee getting infected will shutdown operations as they need to disinfect the workplace.

TAGinn/Airsoft Pyrotechnics posted on Facebook the measures they have put in place:

We aren’t wasting time during the quarantine, our engineers are working on the future projects along with the announced ones.

What we did in order to protect our employees?

  1. Cut a number of employees working simultaneously to a number they can’t contact each other.
  2. We all here wearing an individual protection to minimize a risk of skin contact with surfaces.
  3. We are sanitizing everything every hour. Even if only one employee is working on the slot, in order to avoid even a slight possibility to stick the guy or lady in the next shift.
  4. We added 2 more shifts and now working 24/6 to fulfill all the orders in time. We don’t know when the quarantine will come to an end, but we have an obligation to ship goods in time, so the virus isn’t an excuse.
  5. We hope that we all will pass this unusual and sudden challenge with no serious losses on everybody’s side, and won’t pay too high price for recovery in the future.

Stay safe, guys.

We would like to hear from other companies what they have been doing to keep their employees safe and healthy whilst they continue their operations. Airsoft players would rather not deal with a company the puts its workers at risk.
