With all the war rhetoric from North Korea in full blast, sometimes we either would laugh at their propaganda videos or take them seriously. But honestly, it's hard to take them seriously with these types of war propaganda as everything looks so contrived. And with the kind of concealment tools and arms they have (this looks like a militia training rather than regular North Korean army activity), you would even laugh harder.

But still, a country which has the third largest army in the world, a nuclear arsenal, and a crazy, unpredictable dictator who can just order an attack at the drop of a hat, is no laughing matter.
