R3D Airsoft Designs take an initial look at the recently released Tokyo Marui P320 Full Size gas blowback pistol. This GBB pistol features a Modular Fire Control Unit (FCU) that can be detached using the correct procedure, mirroring its real-world counterpart. This core unit houses the trigger and hammer mechanisms and bears a unique, laser-etched serial number, enhancing the pistol's faithful replication.

Internally, the P320 employs an under-hammer mechanism with a 15mm large-diameter piston, maximising piston stroke in a compact space for powerful blowback action. A Rail-Integrated Engine ensures stable gas output and reliable cycling by preventing misalignment between the FCU and the engine. The slide is made from reinforced resin, and its design includes a tilt-assist outer barrel mechanism to promote smooth, consistent operation.

The pistol offers realistic controls, including a functional ambidextrous safety and a takedown lever with a safety mechanism. The grip features a non-slip pattern created via laser-etched moulds for better handling. It uses a variable hop-up system for trajectory adjustment and comes with a durable, die-cast magazine that holds 26 rounds, designed for reliable performance.
