RA-Tech sent in what they call an "in-depth" review of their product called "RA Marui HK45 Slide Set" (Germanic Flames). As the name implies, this a review of their upgrade slide set for the new Tokyo Marui HK45 Gas Blowback Pistol. Not much prose in this review and mainly more of a bullet points and thus it's up to discern which information you would take in the text below which we have posted the english translation with very minor editing.

The big characteristic of HK45 slide is the sloped area on both sides of the barrel end. From the sloped area to the slide end, each part is closely corresponding to the real firearm.

The ejection port and the barrel chamber perfectly meet each other. The appearance shows several complex round angles and slope. This is the result of countless revisions and finally make it a 100% HK45 firearms specification.

The boomerang shape at the end of the slide is of RS size.

Unlike the Marui stock plastic slide, the fake pin on top of the RA steel slide is more realistic.

While the Marui original plastic slide and extractor are one piece, the RA steel slide and steel extractor are detachable. The extractor is light and independent. It is of RS size and can be fixed on the slide without glue.

The marking on the steel outer barrel was engraved and processed by multiple steps, and QPQ treated on the surface. The barrel and slide are two-tone black which matches the RS color.

There's an interval between the front side base and the top of the slide. It may seem like a different but actually a real steel feature. Moreover, the unique breach containing the front side base is also presented accurately.

The serration of the HK 45 slide are not straight as those of MK23 and USP, but more stylish slash. RA-TECH presents the only real steel appearance design in the market. The correct depth of the cutting makes the lines extend outward. It's a masterpiece in honor of the real HK 45.

The edges on top of the slide is smooth as those of the rs without extra knife marks.
