Following extensive product testing, two major lines of lightweight bolt carriers engineered for the popular Tokyo Marui MWS System have been officially released by Dytac and are now ready for immediate shipment. The new aluminum carriers promise a significant performance upgrade over heavier steel versions, offering users a noticeable increase in cyclic speed.

EMG/Noveske Gen2 Aluminum Carrier Launched

Building on the success of the licensed First and Second Gen Noveske steel bolt carriers, the latest release is the Gen2 Noveske MWS Bolt Carrier now constructed from 7075 Aluminum. This substantial weight reduction compared to the previous steel model is cited by in-house testers as delivering a "quicker respond," improving the gas blowback system's feel and performance.

The new EMG-licensed Noveske carrier features CNC machining, a hard-coat anodized finish, and includes a low-resistance lever.

Like the Noveske offering, Dytac's new carriers are CNC machined from 7075 Aluminum and feature a hard-coat anodized finish, with a low-resistance lever included. All three styles are available in three color options: Black, Silver, and Gold.

The bolt carrier only versions of the Dytac line have a net weight of 99g, while the complete nozzle set versions weigh in at 125g. Customers can choose between the bolt carrier only or a complete set including the nozzle.
