Getting a ton of good and consistent repetitions of the fundamentals goes a long way in combat competency. This drill is our answer to the boring 'Up' Drills that are very necessary but not so fun to rep after a while.

Many Green Berets have led millions of hardcore soldiers through drills like these so that they could go out and be the force they were intended to be and free the oppressed!

BE AWARE OF YOUR MUZZLE. If I could add something to this video, it would be to say, 'WATCH YOUR DAMN MUZZLE!'. Even in the low carry configuration, it is not acceptable to point the barrel at your buddy’s legs.
